Computerized Management of Institutional Records Training

This short course will enable the participants to understand the initiation and maintenance of a cost-effective information records management program, including creation, retrieval, retention, transfer and disposition. Emphasis will be placed on filing systems and procedures, records storage and control and use of equipment. Managing records on the microcomputer software’s will also be covered.

Way forward After the Training

Training Evaluation:

Participants will undertake a simple assessment before the training to knowledge and skills and another assessment will be done after the training in-order to monitor knowledge gained through the training.
