This hands-on course in Contract Administration, Claims Management & Dispute Resolution in Construction Projects  covers different methods, or arrangements, used by Industry to contract,
manage claims and resolve disputes amicably. Progressive contracting methods are compared
and contrasted against the traditional Design-Bid-Build. The course looks to analyze and
interpret various formats of construction contracts and the influences to managing work spread
among important stakeholders and the many roles played out in a construction project.
Purpose- To train contractors on aspects relating to contract administration, claims management
and dispute resolution
Target Audience: All contractors registered by the National Construction Authority (NCA) in
Kenya.
