This hands-on course seeks to provide you with the ability to build management and strategic procurement abilities to increase value for money. This training course is intended to prepare participants for worldwide shifts in transformational leadership, finance, and procurement methods. Way forward After the Training

Participants will undertake a simple assessment before the training to gauge knowledge and skills and another assessment after the training in-order to monitor knowledge gained through the training
