The fact that preliminary needs assessment was conducted prior to the training meant that the knowledge transferred was tailored to specific needs. A Delegation of 8 members from Mozambique, visited the ASPM for a course on Project Management and Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation. It was an incredible experience.
