I enjoyed the fact that we had full attention of the facilitators. The classes are designed to allow for ample opportunities' for questioning and interaction. The fact that preliminary needs assessment was conducted prior to the training meant that the knowledge transferred was tailored to specific needs. A Delegation of 8 members from Mozambique, visited the ASPM for a course on Project Management and Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation. It was an incredible experience.
