- Educational Materials: Participants receive course outlines, study materials, and relevant resources.
- Support and Communication: ASPM offers continuous support through email and messaging to address inquiries.
- Face-to-Face Training: For face-to-face sessions, ASPM may provide refreshments and lunch as specified in the course details.
Limitations, Restrictions, and Exclusions
- Availability and Changes: ASPM reserves the right to modify or discontinue courses or services without prior notice. Course availability and trainer assignments may vary.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Policies for cancellations and refunds vary by course. An administrative fee may apply for cancellations or substitutions.
- Intellectual Property: Users have a non-exclusive license to use course materials for personal educational purposes. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
- Non-Attendance: Course fees are non-refundable if users fail to attend without prior notice.
- Technology Requirements: ASPM does not guarantee uninterrupted access to online courses, and users must meet technical requirements.
- Liability: ASPM is not liable for user actions based on course information. Opinions expressed by trainers are their own.
