Advanced Contract Drafting, Negotiations and Dispute Management  Workshop     

The course provides insight on Contract Drafting, Drafting Techniques, Contract Language, Contract Negotiations and Dispute Management.  It is designed for in-house lawyers/professionals who wish to take their drafting to an advanced level.
