Mastering Project Management for Contractors.
This is a one-day course to train contractors on the application of project management principles, tools in the planning and implementation of projects.
Purpose
To promote sound construction practices and minimize the risks of project failure and or abandonment in Kenya.
Expected Training Outcome
By the end of the training contractors will have a better conceptualization of the following:
- Project risk assessment alternatives
- Stakeholder relationships
- Internal and external customer needs
- Project team leadership essentials
- Organizing multiple projects
- Project quality management systems, including HSE and constructionregulations
- Scheduling, controlling and negotiating
- Project performance
- Strategic planning approaches
Target Audience
All contractors registered by the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Kenya.
