Course Preamble.

The course focuses on the aspects of logistics management, from theories to strategies and operational guidelines in the changing competitive world. The theories and principles explored in this course assist delegates to make the best use of time and in order to create efficiency. The course further introduces delegates to distribution structures, functions and information systems. It discusses the use of information and computer applications in logistics management.
